Quote and contact requests. Your name and phone number are required. Email address, vehicle, service needed, your message, and up to three photos of the vehicle are optional.

Giveaway entries. Your name, email address, and phone number.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver’s license number, bank details, or card numbers through this website. Payment for repairs happens at the shop, not here.

Like most websites, this one uses cookies and similar technology to understand how people find and use it. That includes your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you got here.

The two tools in use are Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Details of each, and how to turn them off, are on our cookie policy.

We use what you send us to answer your question, quote your repair, schedule your vehicle, and follow up about work in progress.

Giveaway entries are also used for marketing. When you enter a giveaway you agree to receive offers, service reminders, and shop news from us by email and text message, as well as being entered in the drawing. Consent is not required to enter or win, and you can stop it at any time — see the next section.

We use the automatic data to see which pages and which ads actually bring people in, so we are not spending money on advertising that does not work.

If you enter a giveaway, or ask us to keep you posted, we may send you offers, seasonal service reminders, and news about the shop.

Email. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Click it once and you are off the list. We act on opt-outs promptly and within the ten business days the law allows.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any marketing text and we stop. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of entering a giveaway, winning, or buying anything from us.

Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about a repair that is actually in progress, or calling you if you win a drawing. Those are not marketing — they are us doing the job.

Resend delivers form submissions to our shop email. Vercel hosts this website. Google provides the analytics. Meta provides the advertising pixel.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under California law the way the Meta Pixel passes site-activity data to Meta for ad targeting counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. “Your California privacy rights” below tells you how to stop it.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Quote requests and the emails they generate stay in our shop email so we have a record of your vehicle’s history.

Giveaway entries are kept through the drawing and the prize claim period, and after that we keep your contact details on our marketing list until you opt out. Once you opt out we keep only the minimum needed to remember that you opted out, so we do not accidentally contact you again.

Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we have collected about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sharing described under “Who else sees it”. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

This website is meant for adults arranging vehicle repairs. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

If we change what we collect or who we send it to, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be posted on our Facebook page.
